Attorney LaSaracina is a partner in the firm. His practice areas include personal injury, family law and divorce, insurance company subrogation litigation, civil litigation, commercial and consumer debt collection, real estate, business law and finance, and commercial leasing.
Attorney LaSaracina received his B.S. from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, CT, and his J.D., Cum Laude, from the Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, CT, where he was an Associate Editor of the Quinnipiac Probate Law Journal. Following law school, Attorney LaSaracina was a tax consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP before leaving there to clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court in Hartford, Connecticut, where he clerked for The Honorable Ellen Ash Peters.
Prior to joining Rembish & LaSaracina, LLC, Attorney LaSaracina practiced law at Shipman & Goodwin, LLP in Hartford, Connecticut, where, as an associate in the firm’s business and finance department, he represented clients in sophisticated commercial loan transactions, mergers and acquisitions and in general corporate matters.
A member of the New Britain and Connecticut Bar Associations, Attorney LaSaracina is admitted to practice in Connecticut and in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. In addition, he takes great pride in his community endeavors where he is an active member of several organizations.
